Got a counter top arcade. It was gutted out. Need some suggestions

If I had that cab, I'd buy a 13" LCD screen for the front and a mobo for the back. Hack a Sidewinder for the controls. Wiring would be a breeze.

Sidewinder is a control pad by Microsoft. It has nice solderable holes on the PCB and is USB ready, so it'll be a cinch to hack. The flat screen monitor can plug right in to a VGA card.

You won't have to fool around with JPACs or Arcade VGA cards this way. Just a little drilling, and wham, you have a killer bartop game.
