Any way to ignore case of letters?

When typing something in, such as "Keyboard Encoder" or "Leafswitch Pushbutton", is there any way to have it ignore upper and lower case when doing an internal link?  Right now, I have to type in Keyboard instead of keyboard, for example.

Have a look at the Test Page I just made. Page names are case sensitive so you need to make it a labeled link like [[Target Page|Label of the link]].

It's like I'm figuring stuff out RIGHT after you reply, but before I can get back here :)  I just figured this out, and was gonna post that here.
