where to put the book

Lately that's been my answer to alot of question in chat :)

I'm wondering where the best place to put a link to http://www.projectarcade.com/ in the wiki.

I'm thinking a related links section.  Have stuff like retroblast there too.

I threw it in "Tools", which it is.  I'm not sure on what to write though, and some other stuff is swimming through my head that I don't want to forget, so I'm not gonna tackle that one right now.
