Try AuctionZip.com. You just have to search regularly. There's a guy locally here who posts to Craigslist like every few weeks "Looking for old arcade cabs... etc."
Anyone attend the Milwaulkee, WI or Ammon, ID auctions over the weekend and want to brag about their purchase? I am curious what the going auction rates were for some of the cabs.

American Amusement Auctions will be holding an auction on 5-21-2011 in Mesquite, TX. Same time and location as previous auctions.
