| Modding a slikstik |

I like the slikstiks. The slikstik classic control panel. What I'd like to do is make the unit portable. Anyone have pictures of the inside of this thing? I'd like to mount some computer guts inside it and make the AV ports external to plug into a tv and the thought is I could put it on the coffee table and play some games then put it up when I'm done. Any suggestions or thoughts? |

About halfway down this page: http://www.retroblast.com/reviews/controller4.html There won't be any room for PC guts in the SS. Build your own, with a taller base. Several people around here have built what you are describing. |

That was just the info I was looking for - I know I'm not building anything unique, but I am working with limited wood working skills here. Does anyone know where any tutorials for this type of project might be? I've searched for slikstik modification, and portable arcade anyone have a link? |
