Yeah, it's been kind of off and on.  When it worked, it seemed almost acceptable.  Unfortunately, this is what happens when there's not enough bandwidth to go around.  So you try to ride through the rough spots when there's a lot of usage on the servers.

But when one person complains, that means there are 20 who are getting ticked off and not saying anything.  That's when it's time to switch ;).

Thanks again for the feedback.

thanks for putting the information sheets up there.  i tried to get the gpwiz49 one the other day and had to wade through your introduction thread on here to find it.

of course i didn't write to complain since i solved my own problem.

Thanks for the suggestion. That's also on my "to-do" list.  It's one of the things the admin app doesn't help you do easily, so it's been neglected.  Should be easy enough to do a batch conversion, once I figure out where they go ;)

Irfanview can do this quickly and easily.

The site won't load at all for me, it times out in both the latest Firefox and in IE.  I've been loading all other pages with no problems this morning.

Not that it matters much, but I tried clicking through your link in your sig, and by just typing in the address.  No go.

EDIT:  It's loading now, but takes a good 20 seconds or more to do so.
