How is your hardware store? Over here some of the biggest ones (Home Depot/Lowes) make some truly atrocious cuts. They'll forewarn you that they will not make precision cuts, but  half of the time at my local store about the best they can do is at least offer a fairly straight cut. It can be a gamble depending on who is doing the cutting. I've had some guys miss by about 2" which is a little odd, I think.

Also, they'll only do straight cuts, and only at 90 degrees here.

The only solution that kept me happy was to go out and buy a table saw, heh.

Bunnings hardwares here in Queensland will do one cut for free.  I can't fit 2400x1200 in my car, but 1200x1200 fit fine.  So I buy a 2400x1200 sheet and ask them to cut it in half for me for smaller cabinets.

For larger cabs, I just order a few sheets and get them delivered.  It's around $AU 35 for delivery, which is worth it if you buy 4-5 sheets at a time.

2400mm x 1200mm  =  7.87' x 3.937'  or  7' 10.5" x 3' 11.25"

Might have ot rearrange some piececs but should be able to fit everything in.
