No, the Intellivision one is just a cable. You plug your controller into the cable that converts it to USB. You can get the NES controller prepackaged the way you are talking about, but the rarer ones you have to supply.

Win one on ebay and have the seller ship it directly to retrozone. You will have to get a quote from them of how much it will cost to modify it, but they say they will modify any of them. I'm sure it will knock a few bucks off the price. Its too bad they won't sell you the parts.
