Textured material for my CP

Gradius:

I'm planing on building a new CP and I'd like the surface of it to have the same black and slightly rough textured material you can see in some big speaker boxes. Is that vynil, formica...? Do you know the name of it and if it's easy to work with (cutting, drilling, gluing, etc)

RayB:

What you want is this:

I covered the whole front of my cab with it and the results are amazing. You just need a sharp exacto knife and metal ruler for the best results.

That is a great idea.  I might have to rethink my CP.

I covered my complete cab in it.  I used the Textured fro the CP and I used the wood grain for the rest of my cab.  Its good stuff.

Walls, I was planning to use the wood grain on my cab too, but it didn't seem like the strips were wide enough to cover either the left or right side of the cab.  How did you handle this?  Do you just have seams where you used two strips?
