It's possible... but unlikely, if you're not getting a cursor response in mame gun games either, then there's something else wrong here.

Fozzy I gave a quick look at the wiki, since I saw you always address at it, and realized most of the infos are old, incorrect or not applicable to mame version above 105.

You were on the scene since the beginning and surely know a lot of things are changed in the last year since the first version of the guncon2 driver. You know how to move reading around, know what's old and what is actual ... but being in a newbie-mind .. well ... I guess it's very hard to understand something :D

finally, I dont' think that wiki is a good point to start if not updated (yes I could change it by myself but, I am sure you won't believe me on this, I've probably forgotten half of the things I've done with the guns).

Hi Smog.... Nice to hear from you again. I think that was what I said. If he's running a newer version of mame then it has changed.

I'm running 104 in the cab at the moment and that information would be correct for that version.

What he needs to figure out is how to enable lightguns in the current version, and that will be in the MAME documentation somewhere.

Yeah I am having the same problems with mame 110 works great in windows but nothing in mame. I will keep fooling with it and post if I can get any life at all out of it. For now though I have a ps2 hooked into my cab as well and they work great for that.
