Upgrade of Avatar sizes

I've bumped up the maximum avatar size to 120x120.

Let me know if this is a problem for anybody.

Looks like that if it is linked from another site it'll try to resize it. If you upload the avatar, it'll only resize if it's bigger than the limit. I've taken the liberty to download the image you linked and upload it to the site.
