I don't care what everyone says about Happs high shipping costs.... with customer service like that, they have just 'earned' me as a loyal customer for a very long time! |

I've bought all my trackballs from Happ. Four to date. I just buy them through other vendors. Also, I think that customer service is great, but I don't live by the factory. |
