TV Repair: Grey screen with white lines

So I'm not familar with TV repairs sites so looking for some suggestions.
It's a Sharp 25j-s100 and yesterday when we turned it on is had a grey screen with thin white horizontal lines on all inputs.

Any ideas, while I google?

Post on the newsgroup sci.electronics.repair since that's where many tv repair techs hang out.
