Recoil Gun Solenoid

rdagger:
I have an Operation Thunderbolt positional gun.
Minwah:
I have no idea if Op Thunderbold guns are the same/similar to T2 guns, but I would think they are similar - hopefully someone else can confirm or not.

I know T2 guns require 21 volts for the solenoid...here's a diagram which might help you identify the diode:

(btw I have a slightly bigger version if it helps...had to resize it to reduce the size for the board)
Lilwolf:
is this the circuit to work with the caps/led scroll lock?
ChadTower:

Google the solenoid part number.  All the info you asked for is contained therein.  The diode is actually part of the coil and any new coil would have the diodes already on it.  A new one may actually have two diodes as more recent coils are parallel wound, requiring two diodes.  The parallel wound coils produce less heat.

No just the T2 control panel schematic...very useful for interfacing the guns tho (not that I've tried yet).
