Man, it's been a while away from AI.... getting the itch again..

Have commenced vectorising the simplistic 'Juno First' UR Side Art (Stencils) based on an original side art scan from prOK...   and for prOK.      http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=48242.msg468230#msg468230

Am currently discussing with prOK some color overlap details, linked to keeping the stencils accurate but practicle (ie limiting stencil misalignment issues on very low tolerant color to color edging)

I really really owe spriggy one for his help on this!  I get TONS of requests for Juno First sideart (didn't know there were so many out there!), thanks to his efforts i'll be able to provide them at a very good price for people wanting to restore their games.   At the same time, i'm drawing Stargate Mini sideart.    If anyone has a scan of Robotron, i'd be in your debt :)

Yeh, I forgot you were restoring a Juno.  Very cool.  Well, that's prOK's first order done! ;)

prOK, absolutely no worries.  The sideart is really quite basic, so it should be done within the week (ala  finding spare time.)  I have an hour or 2 free this morning, so I'll see what I can get done.

The stencil(s) are complete.  I have emailed it off to prOK for his perusal to verify they are compiled to his requirements. 

As usual, they are compiled as close to the original as possible.  However, as the original source was stenciled, some obvious areas required some symmetry correction, where the original paint application failed, was partial or splattered.

So everyone knows, Juno First stencils are now available..   they are pretty big size wise so I have to sell them for 65 bucks a set (4 stencils, 2 for each side)  The resized files will be uploaded to the art archive by Spriggy when he's ready...     SPRIGGY #1!!!

Alright.. prOK has correctly scaled the side art and made a few minor changes to suit his stencil process.

Hence, the corrected file has now been upped to the AAL.

Digressing.. nice little tutorial /b!
