| Best game for calibrating screen? |

| RayB:
Many games have test modes with color bars, and gradients, etc. Any of you have a preferred one for calibrating your [arcade] monitor settings? |

I just use the Nokia Monitor test output at 640x480. Pacman is pretty good because you have distinct vertical and horizontal lines and also white dots which will show a color cast if the color is off. |

Defender has several test screens. some for color and others for allignment (cross hairs). |

The all-time very best one is Street Fighter 2. It shows red, green, blue, and white staircase onscreen at the same time. Makes setting colors a snap. You can also select crosshatch. |

My Double Axle has a nice test screen with color bars in gradients and a mesh pattern of white horizontal and vertical lines. Will take a picture if you'd like. |
