Trying to find the name of an old game
« on: January 18, 2006, 07:19:31 am »
I was wondering if anyone can help me find an old game.

Now let me define "find" :-

Not provide me with a rom or any other illegal or otherwise not allowed software/data

Possibly provide me with a KLOV link (although once I have the name I will be able to find it anyway :) )

So here is the description of the game from about 12 years ago when I played it on a ferry crossing on a school trip.

Control Panel Layout :-

Both players had a joystick with a fire button on top (not tron style)
Both players had a trackball

Gameplay :-

Both players controlled a satellite that was protecting the earth from missile attacks.
The joystick moved the satellite around and the trackball moved the targeting cursor whilst the joystick button fired the weapons.

If any of the missiles got past you, you had to defend the earth in a missile command style way.

I thought it might be a version or sequel of missile command but I haven't been able to find anything like this yet.

I'm afraid that is all the information that I can remember about the game, I cant even remember what the cabinet itself looked like.

T

**Edit** Almost forgot, its was an upright not cocktail and it was two player simultaneous
