Rubber Strip
Luckydevil:
I use this rubbery foam for sealing my speakers in their boxes, but I bet it would work pretty good for you.
It is adhesive backed and pretty durable. Cheap too!

If you only need a couple feet of it shoot me a pm, I have an extra 40ft of this stuff just sitting in my garage.
menace:

Wal-mart, Target, Lowe's, Home Depot. If you have ever bought PC speakers with a wired remote, they usually come with a small square of double-sided foam tape.
JonnyBoy:
I used rubberfoam weatherstripping to make a good seal between my control panel top and the box.
What width and thickness are you using? The xtreme rubber seal works extremely well and holds up well. The rubber foam seal is somewhere between foam tape and rubber.
