A guy named Lex Luthor once sold me about $50,000 of desert property in Nevada saying that it would be beachfront one day. I'm not sure what he means, but when it happens, I'm gonna rake it in.

I've been seeing commercials on TV for land somewhere int he US that's supposedly going to be "the hot vacation resort". Yet all the shots in the commercial look like swamp land. Talk about ballsy taking this to national TV.
Oh sorry. Off-topic, eh?

While ballsy, keep in mind that many of the LARGE attractions, including sections of Disney itself, were built on what was once swamp land.
