12 Daily Pro - Obviously a scam, but how to prove it?

He is a rube. He will get taken over and over again for the rest of his life. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it.

ChadTower:

Can I have his phone number?

DrewKaree:
Screw that.  Show him the PSP thread.  I have a standing offer, and if he's one of the first few, there's a fantastic investment opportunity for him.  Something just opened oceanside near the Eiffel Tower in ND that I have a feeling he may want to snap up.

TMS:
Well you could just tell him to look at the site FAQ's. I would never invest a dime in a company that has this on their website

--- Quote ---:: What happens if 12daily Pro goes out of business?
We anticipate a long and lucrative life for 12daily Pro.com. However, if there comes a time when we feel it necessary to change our rates or to close our business completely, we promise to give you as much notice as we possibly can. We will also do everything we can to payout all outstanding balances should that occur.

DrewKaree:
That would just lead this guy to think they're an honorable company and "really trying"
