Keywiz +5v connection

Everyone is pretty much correct on this one.

10 or so LEDs with proper resistors, Optical Joysticks, Serial interfaces, etc... are all ok to use with the 5v connection.

Just don't try to do too much of that list from that little connection.  If you need to do more than one of these things, tap the PCs 5v power instead.

I figured it would be better to bump this old thread then start a new one. But how many p360's could you safely power off of one line, only one? two? how about 4? Do all of the keywizs have a 5v (I almost didn't buy one because I don't see it as a feature on the groovy games list).

I think you could get away with 4 ok.  All of the Ecos have the line available.  If you want the MAX to have it available at one of the terminals, you can add a drop of solder to bridge the 5v enable pad on the board, or request that we do it for you in the comments box at checkout time.

Ok thanks, I'll probably just pick up two eco's then.

For two cabs???

(If you have a single cab, I doubt you have two PS/2 ports, so you might want to look at an Eco and a GP-Wiz instead!)
