Didn't I just ask two posts ago for this NOT to be a Photoshop vs The World thread? See my discalimer about "I want to open a file, resize it and save it as a JPG and not spend $500 on commercial software for a single use" above. Last I checked, not everyone was a professional graphic artist, or had that sort of money to waste. *SIGH* |

How about if DiveMaster told us what format the art files are in. Then we can give a proper answer rather than debate. |

Can somebody not convert these files to another format? I'll do it if the solution is as easy as this. |

The issue here may be that Photoshop files generally contain layers. If it is out of a newer version of PS then it may contain adjustment layers and smart layers. I don't think that you can convert this. Just download the trial version and try to make it go. I use it in my video work and go nuts when I do not have access to it. Too many good tools. Heck there is always MS Paint. ;) |
