Stingray:
What really kicks over my pissbucket is that my website has been blocked in the first place. I mean seriously, it's blocked because it's a personal website? So we're assuming that every website on the internet that isn't directly assiciated with a corporate entity or NPO is unsafe? I emailed websense, requesting the reason why I'm blocked. I expect to hear back from them not at all. Oh and Drew, I am "blocked" from my own site. I'm also blocked from this site and several others that I frequent. I don't let being blocked stop me from visiting them. MC- Looks like it is. Funny how this all started up when websense added me to their database. Coincidence? Probably. Won't stop me from blaming them. It's websense's fault. -S |
missioncontrol:
so you are saying that Bush isn't the culprit this time :o |

Your company has turned on the "block sites with category: personal". All you can do is: 1) Ask Websense to categorize you differently (humor, games, etc) but to something your company doesn't block. 2) Ask your company to not block personal sites. Good luck either way. |
