I have wondered the same thing but not about what it would have been like to have a MAME cab back in the day, but instead what it would be like to be back in those days with the gameplay skills I have thanks to MAME! With endless credits, I am now wayyyyy better than I ever dreamed of being back then. I am still no pro but I could easily smoke my old local badasses in Defender and Galaga with my current technique in those games (and others). Eric. |
