DS3 cable?

I got tasked at work with finding out how to extend a DS3 (T3) from where it enters a building.

I'm good with twisted pair stuff, coax for data blows my mind.

I'm looking at Belden 734A cable with BNC connectors.

Anyone with experience care to comment???
But wasn't it fun to think you won the lottery, just for a second there???
