Including the custom front end?

You got me there ;)
That's exactly what I'm working on currently, and I'll be happy with a version that allows basic functionality (setting up and playing...)
Later on I'll add jukebox/photo album features.

Thanks MYX. That drawer did turn out great. I might add a twin-usb socket to it, which I somehow forgot during the plan process ::)
Some pictures of the final thing are planned for this weekend.
MYX:
This might be coming in too soon, but if you have some paint still, paint the inside of the drawer. This way when you are showin off the drawer (and you know you will), You don't have exposed wood.
Kremmit:
The drawer is nice. You'd never know it was there- I like that.
I agree about painting the inside of it. If it's important enough to get art, it's important enough to get paint.

First of all, you're right about the drawer. It's on my final (?) todo list, which I'll describe here.
So, I've played a little with the Front End I'm writing, and obviously what's looking good on my pc monitor, is barely readable on the tv, so some changes are required there. ::)
Also, I need to find a way to bypass the "OK" screen of mame. The docs says to use a "-skip_disclaimer" switch, which gets an "unknown option" when I run mame. ???
The BIGGEST PAIN IN THE BUTT was finding out that the PC power button I've installed on the custom dashboard bumps against one of the 4way joy switches (under the cp), so I cant close the drawer all the way in.
I'll have to figure a way of fixing that ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
The back door isn't fixed in yet. This is gonna be the absolutely last step.
The drawer is going to be painted on the inside as well, plus some overall painting fixes.
Transparent dustwashers are yet to be installed.
I think (hope) that covers everything
