I use the heavy duty stuff in the spray can that Lowes/HomeDepot has. Just as long as you have some good ventilation and don't get any on exposed skin, it works good. While messy, it is still pretty easy to do. I suggest getting some stripping gloves and a 5 inch/1 inch tile/glass scraper combo kit. All those things together will probably run you about 15 bucks. A stripping sponge is also nice to have if you are doing painted metal or something that isn't flat. I would also buy some of the disposable plastic painters tarp so you can just scrape the paint off and toss it. |
