Paint stripper....Opinions?????????

I need to strip some of that black shellack-like paint from a new cabinet that I picked up.

Anyone have any suggestions for a good paint stripper assuming that sanding isn't an option?

Has anyone tried that "Ready-Strip" stuff that they sell on late night TV?

Thanks.

someone suggested 3M safety strip to me before

jhanson:

3M Safest Stripper is great stuff, and it's not toxic like the more powerful stuff.  Here's links to a couple of cabinets I used it on:

Aqua Jack conversion

Centipede restoration

I swear by the stuff.  You will too after seeing the Centipede pics.

I used to get it at Lowe's, but now I have to visit smaller hardware stores and such to find it.
