| Multiple Emulators in MAMEWAH...how to use wrapper?? |
| (1/1) |

I've been using MAMEWAH with MAME only for a while...I tried to get it to work wit DAPHNE and Project64, but I can't... MAME was easy...it seemed o work almost right away, and was very straight forward...the problem I'm having, is with the other emulators... I went to the CPViewer website and downloaded the wraper, in file, etc for Project64...I've read the documentation, and tried to get it setup, but I still get nothing...just a black screen... DAPHNE is similar...I set it up, but when I run it, I get an error screen come up, and I haven't been able to get it to work...I think it's the "commandline_format", that's giving me the problem, but I'm not sure... I think once I figure out how the wrapper works, I'll be able to setup other emulators fairly easily...and as far as DAPHNE goes, I think it's just a matter of giving it the proper command line... Can someone (or two, or three), supply me with a copy of their working INI file for DAPHNE, and if someone can suggest a place I can find a tutorial for using a wrapper, I would greatly appreciate it... I'm not even going to attempt CPViewer yet...Kinda makes a person feel dumb not being able to figure this stuff out... Thank you... |

If you need help with Daphne let me know. It took some fiddling (with the Mamewah ini file before people get any ideas ;D), but I managed to get it working on my cab. Here is a link to some stuff I posted recently about it - contains my ini file as well... I have it running in both Mamewah 1.61 & 1.62 http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=52658.0 |
