| light gun compatibility question |

Hi everyone, i'm in the process of building my 1st cabinet. i've already finished the controllers (4 players) and they're working great but now i'm thinking about adding 2 light guns. I found really good PS1/PS2/Xbox light guns and i found a USB/PS2 adapter. would this gun work on my MAME? I'll be using a 32-inch TV. has anyone tried this and does it work? how well? i'd like to get as much data as possible before i shell out:p Thanks for anything and everything:) |

no they dont work. you'lll need an act labs or if u are using a console then u can use the xbox light guns. |

alright then i am mistaken. i had asked a similar question about this for using a ps2 madcatz gun with a radioshack adapter and someone said it wouldnt work with a pc. |
