I don't think you have a bad pot, but maybe the integrated circuit might be drifting internally as it heats up?

What is the rating for that pot? Perhaps if I can find a substitute locally, I can at least try to see if that's it or not. ( think it's 5K, but if you can confirm, that would be great)

Thanks!

Well after about 6 months, I finally got this sucker fixed, and thought that I should post what the problem was, just in case someone else is having this kind of trouble.

I gave up on it, and sent it to a local guy. He didn't want to charge me anything, but I payed him anyways.  I guess what happened is the guy who had it before me played with the B+ adjustment and damaged it. This was the one that Ken told me not to touch. Now that it's been fixed, everything is great. No screen jumping, no curl returning at random, and even the colors look brighter.  I'm very happy now. I hope this long thread help someone else with the troubleshooting of their G07 monitor.

Again thanks to anyone that helped me with this.

So what did he do to fix the B+?  Just adjust the pot?

Actually, someone had bent the pot, so the 2 sides were barely making contact, so as it heated up, it would make things all screwy.  He just put everything back into place, and adjusted as needed.
