Arcade Cab in Australia
(1/3) > >>
gsoul:
I'm in Sydney Australia and am looking for a new arcade cabinet. Anyone got one, able to point me into the direction of finding one? I've been following ebay, but the cabs on there tend to go for FAR more than they're worth.

Someone told me about a place in Canberra that has alot of machines for sale, but havent been able to track them down.

C'mon Australia, I need you help!

Well I was going to send you to
http://www.aussiearcade.com.au/
but it seems you've already found it.  I'm sure someone there will be able to help you out with what you want (and advise you to stay away from a few sellers)

There is a guy at Kingswood (Penrith) who has stuff from time to time. I can't find his business card but you could contact him through www.kfe.com.au and then go for a drive.

I have been out there a few times and each time he has had junker cabs suitable for a mame project. He does a lot on Ebay and I think he jumps at the chance for cash on the spot. Also open Saturday mornings which is a bonus for the working man.

Good luck.

How about popping into the arcades on George Street and asking them if they have any old spares.  I forget what the arcade's are called, but I know there are 2 opposite each other.

Have a go on OutRun2 for me, that was the last thing I played before leaving Oz earlier in the year  :'(
