Are the Ultimate Arcade II plans on the CD the same ones offered at www.mameroom.com?

Also does it include Control panel plans?

It doesn't include CP plans, but it does include templates which are the actual size of the pieces.  Look on the chapter 6 of the cd at the folder named "Templates".  I just used photoshop and pieced together my CP, I then printed it out in Windows Paint because paint will automatically tile the picture onto several pieces of paper, glued the pieces together, put that on top of the wood and used it to make where to cut.
