Ya know, it looks like Bush is writing a reply TO the bathroom break note(diffrent handwriting), meaning Miss Rice was asking to go potty and Bush was asking how bad she needed to go. Either way, it seems rather obvious that you'd have to ask for a recess during a meeting in the UN. It would be disruptive, to say the least, for someone to jump up and run for the toilet in mid-speech. |

Has anyone considered the possibility that maybe they were just bored? I've got a poli sci class in which I write notes like that all the time for the girl who sits next to me. In fact, since I'm usually trying to make her laugh I might even appropriate this exact note. |
