Project arcade - any other eBook format available?

I'm interested in Project Arcade as an eBook but I only seem to be able to purchase it as Kindle of iBook, both of which are not an option for me as a "regular" eBook user. Are there other formats available for sale (ePub, PDF) somewhere? Also, how would you get the related CD material? My equipment has no player so it would be more convenient if book owners could download it instead.
