Games you spent the most on as a kid
Jabba:
Between the ages of 11-18, I shudder to think how many quarters I pumped into various machines over the years.
What were the top 5 machines that took most of your money?
Me?
1. Asteroids. Every day after school we would line our quarters on the CP waiting for our turn. When you got the hang of it, you could play for hours.
2. Tron. Really, not a great game today by todays standards and from a gaming perspective, but definately had the "Attraction" back then.
3. Defender.
4. Galaxian down the street from Highschoold. Every lunchtime boy...
5. Tetris took quite a few from my childhood.
GameOver:
1) Robotron!
2) Stargate
3) Dragon's Lair
4) Pac Man
5) Asteroids

Roadblasters, without a doubt.
I was something like 5, and it was in the entry to the grocery store. Every week I got a 1$ allowance. And every week, 4 quarters fell into the Roadblasters machine.
Sure it wasn't exactly astronomical sums of cash, but I did it a lot.
ChadTower:
There weren't any arcades where I grew up. The closest I came until later was the Satan's Hollow on the MS Scotia Prince. I used to cross from NS to ME and back several times a year, and every time I would pour my lunch and dinner money into that one Satan's Hollow that was buried in a stairwell in the automobile decks of that boat.
Bones:
Dragons Lair
Bomb Jack
Star Wars
Karate Champ
Exerion
Time Pilot
And of course Galaga and Gyruss......
