or use a butt connector |

--- Quote from: Mani on August 19, 2005, 12:22:49 pm ---Thanks for the help!!! Think I can do this without any soldering? Just tie the wires together and wrap it up with electrical tape? --- End quote --- Do a decent job ! No, this will not make a good contact ! Your sticks may stop working temporarely or who knows what happen if the 5V is going to be "sparkling" !! Your best bet would be finding a T-splitter for the power connector (like this: http://iec.cc/l1063.html), cutting off the unneeded connector and wires and solder your wires on that. Strip the wires, twist them together, solder them and then use some shrink isolation. |

Good call Level42, I will probably do something like that in a couple weeks. Right now I did it using butt connectors. I dont like these things. The wires dont feel secure enough in there. Other than that, it works great!!! Thanks a lot to everyone in the thread that helped out. I really had no idea how much of an improvement P360's make in fighting games. They are definately worth the $$$ if you're a fighting game fan. No more clickity-click!! Cheers, Mani |
