Also, if you run Daphne, the newer card is the way to go. On the older version, hardware excelleration must be disabled for daphne to work. The newer chipset does not have this problem in daphne. This information is not firsthand, but from the daphne forums. |

Just so you all know i am the one who bought this card on ebay, and NO i am not a "moron who payed more then for a new card." I had expressly wanted this card as i wanted the 2 VGA outputs, as i am trying a new setup. If you ask Andy, I was going to buy a new card from him on my next order, but found the older card instead. I DID NOT want nor need the cable so it is no big deal to me. I am currently running an ARCADE VGA card in 1 cab and i LOVE IT, and wanted this card for my cocktail cab, and to experiment with, i have found a guy to build me a VGA to sync green adapter that i want to play with, and i NEEDED the 2 VGA outs so while i "tweak" the Sync green cable, i can still have acess to all the functions i need via the other PC out on the card. I just wanted you all to understand that i KNOW i can buy a "new model" from Andy for $89.99+shipping, however i was not sure i could buy the 2 output card from him still and this card was there for the taking. Also the guy i bought it from has assured me he will return my money if there is anything wrong with it, and i know there are liars and cheats on ebay, but I chose to buy this card, and am not uniformed like some other buyers. Just thought i would set the record straight Ken |

It was a case of third time lucky. The first card lasted about 2 days before dying completly and the second one had issues upon arrival, had snow falling across the screen. I think that the second one must of been damaged in the post, although the packaging looked fine. In case your wondering about incorrect drivers etc, the third card was just plug and play and continues to work fine. |
