either drill the pin out or drill a hole on the allen wrench

If the screw head is exposed, cutting a slow is a snap. Finding those bits isn't particularly difficult, though. I would think you could get a bit set or even a proper star screw driver pretty easily. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to actually do things the right way.

What is a BigLots?? 

I was hoping to get this done tonight, that's why I was looking for some way to do it without having to wait until I could get the proper tool...I want to remove the old board that hold the speakers (mono), and mount a new board, with a set of Sony X-Plod speakers...

I think we have Lowes coming here, but for now, only Home Depot exists...

I used my dremel and a cutting disc to cut a slot into each screw, adn it worked great...
