Thanks Unclet. I appreciate it. Actually I have talked to them. Christian got my email and called me.
I just want to clarify, that me asking for the number is not me having a customer support issue with them. I just knew my board was about to ship and I wanted to see if they could ship it UPS Blue or 3 day select. Knowing that, and being impatient with not knowing if my email reply would come before or after my board shipped I wanted to talk to them in person to make sure they could expedite shipping. I spoke with Christian and they too care of me no problem. Slikstik is great people with a great product.

I am glad to hear everything worked out.
I am a firm believer that every business should offer a direct phone number to talk to customers directly. I can not stand the automated directory assitance crap some companys make you go by.
Especially, Ebay not having a direct phone number bugs me to death

it is a customer support problem that emails go answered...it may not be a product problem.

I really did not mean any disrespect. People around here hopefully know me as a nice person who helps others when I can. I have heard nothing but good things about SlikStik so I was not trying to put down you or your company.
I was just doing a fellow BYOAC'er buddy a favor and kind of laughed to myself when I got off the phone thinking about what could have been.
