I have seen some really nice grill screens made from those black wire mesh waste paper baskets. The person took a pair of tin snips to the baskets and cut out his grills. |

I made some speaker grills from MDF, painted them black and then covered them with black speaker fabric. I used a hot glue gun to hold down the fabric on the back of the grills which worked well. They look a little rough from the rear but once in place they almost look classy. Just a thought.... |

I did the same thing but I covered the whole section between the marquee and the glass. I made a small frame and stapled speaker fabric to it. Worked real slick and covered the whole area nicely. |
