Well we will find out...i just set it to turn off monitor after 4 hours (was set to never). |

You'll have to figure out how often you play the machine. With that setting, it could possibly turn on and off your monitor several times per day (which I thought you were trying to avoid, if it was bad for the lifespan). If you don't plan on playing it for over 4 hours, you might as well manually turn it off. Or leave it on until you go to bed, then shut it down. (That would keep it to about a 50% work cycle, while not cycling power too often). -Stobe |

Meaning it will shutoff after 4 hours of non-use. My arcade cabinet is set to suspend after 30 minutes of non-use, then I don't ever shut it off. Just wondering if the D9200 can support this. |

I think any system not in use should be turned off. Apart from my tree-hugging side it just seems wrong to me to leave something powered on for no reason... |
