Anyone know anything about DLP's?

Another great tidbit sidenote, projectorcentral.com is a great place for help, info, and the like on projectors of all kinds
I went there to research many projectors before buying my low cost but still great for me, infocus x2

It's under manuf. warranty anyways, so I'm going to make sure to get it fixed. I was totally heartbroken when that happened :(
For the 15 mins or so that i can watch the TV without this issue, I love it, but I haven't gotten to watch a movie on it or anything yet.

Well if it makes you feel better, when I first got mine, the picture was not level. It needed to be serviced so that everything fit in the screen properly.
I don't know, maybe they transport these things in dune buggies.

Yay for me, they're coming out to the house thursday morning to fix it.

Sounds to me like the chip has gone bad. I'm not 100% sure but I think it uses the farudja chip like the Samaung's. Since it's under warranty, it shouldn't really matter but be prepared to get work done once a year or so if you use it a lot.
