I like the look of laminate on the cab, and it provides a bit of durability, too. I'm not sure what people do who have sideart on their cabs, though. From working with Laminate, I'm tempted to say that paint is easier. :) - FA |

So laminate is very tricky to work with? |

When it comes to painting the cab, there's not as much work to do involving powertools. :) Then again, for a NICE paint job you'd probably want to find a friend with an air-compressor and paint nozzle. :) In the end, it comes down to what you like best, and how much time and money you're willing to invest into the cab. The laminate I bought was counter-top grade, sells for $45 (Canadian) per sheet at Home Depot, and I'm about to crack open my 3rd sheet. - FA |
