could the small pcb be a credit board?? |

I say take it all the way out, there is no way to have any sad mistakes that way, there ARE ways to have them if you leave it in. I would personally guess that the worldwide number of people who actually run JAMMA boards in their mame cabinet to be like 10. Is he one of the 10? Probably not. |

In your most recent photo... the BIG thing is the Isolation Transformer, and as I already said, the monitor is powered through that! The part that says 5a, 2a, etc are FUSES. (Lift up the cardboard while you have the power off and you will see 3 fuses). The small silver box is an AC power filter. It ensures that voltage is "clean" and doesn't have interference / noise on it. The power switch.... Is a power switch. --- End quote --- |

Thanks for the reply guys, i still want the coin mech to work, can i do this by wiring it up to my PCs 12+ V power supply? (believe its the yellow wire?). Do i need to earth the PCS power supply if i decide to remove it from the Case and mount all the PC componets on a single bit of MDF to save space? |
