| Happ Competition Buttons... Opinions??? |

I prefer Supers over Competitions for fighters, but to be honest, I'm not a big fighter guy. That is why I would go with concave buttons if I were you. You'd really want to get the opinions of hardcore fighter fans though. I know a lot of people who play fighters like Sanwa joysticks and convex buttons, so that might be the "thing to have" for fighters. For me, a casual fighter fan, I find Supers to be fine. |

I play a few classics, but 95 percent of the time I play fighters. I bought competition buttons because I heard they were better for fighters and I really don't like them. So, I prefer the regular buttons. I also don't like competition joysticks. I use happs p360s and would use the supers after that. I throw way more fireballs than I do dragon punches. You might be the opposite. |

See I was thinking about the p360s but I didnt want to spend a lot. I read the comps review on retro and they sounded fine. But why are the supers better? -=XD=- |

When you go to stir a drink with a spoon it will be very smooth in the round glass but choppy with the round glass. But imagin how easy it would be to find the exact corner of the sqare glass and there might be some trouble with the round one. I don't like the choppy feel of the competitions. There is a square actuator. So when you throw a fireball there is a little bump. But the bump is what makes the diagonal so easy to hit for dragon punches. The supers are smooth because of the round actuator. If you can find a fighter in your area that is there to make money, it will probably have a joystick with a square actuator. It may not be as nice as the competitions, but it will explain what I am talking about. You need to feel it to make the choice for yourself. |

I like being able to "hit the corners" in fighting games. It allows me to jupm and crouch better. Plus any moves that require a diagonal are easier. |
