no it doesnt work ive tried it every way round and to the ground and switch
i used a rocker switch
tried pressing whilst on and nothing
i tried momentarily switching it nothing
i tried holding the switch and turning the power on nothing
in both positions and then tried a different ground and changing the wires around and nothing just the test screen
im now pointing at the coin a as it is off
please help me as i cant get out of test mode
arrggghhhh
AlanS17:
Maybe the test mode is not wired to a button. Maybe it's a dipswitch or something on the board as was mentioned before. Check the manual.
paradox:
ive treid the dip switch they are all off
the game goes to test mode and tells me coin a is off but coin b is on but there are no switches atall conected to test, service, coin 1 or coin2 so how can that be???
the test mode says that some of the dips are on when they are not!!
so there is no test button or coin button so why is the game going into testmode
ive treid putting a button on each of them with no luck
PLEASE HELP
cheers
AlanS17:
Have you checked the manual yet? You're poking around in the dark until you look at it. Maybe test mode is the result of an off dip switch. You'll never know until you check the manual.
Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual. Check the manual.

Switch 3 on Bank A should be for TEST/PLAY mode (according to the pinout on coinop.org shown above).
If you can post a close-up of the board itself, perhaps we can help more.
Cheers.
