| How wide is your cabinet? |

You must have some HUGE mounting rails for that thing. Mine BARELY stick out at all. The tube is only 23-3/4". With a couple stop dado routs for the mounting rails, I could JAM it into a 24" wide cab. Give me 25", and I'd be set. |

I was wrong. I have a 29" OUTER width. That makes it a 27.5" inner width. Then subtract another 3" for the frame. That makes is 24.5". |

I'm about 75% complete with the cabinet , and mine is 30" wide, but that's because I have a rotating control panel and want to have enough room for two large players to play comfortably. |

Big enough for a 21" monitor, or 52cm TV with slim side speakers. You could probably *JUST* squeeze a 27" arcade monitor in there too. 27" monitor on the diagonal = (27/5)*4 = 21.6" wide, or roughly 550mm, plus a bit extra for good luck. Making the cabinet too big for the monitor is ugly in my opinion. It makes the monitor look smaller than it really is. Even small monitors look fine in cabinets that are scaled down evenly in all dimensions. |
