Request for dimensions on a Gauntlet cabinet
(1/2) > >>
Wiss:
Howdy,

I've been trying to track down the dimensions on an Atari Gauntlet cabinet on the web but so far my attempts have yielded nothing.  Would it be possible for someone to post the dimensions on a Gauntlet cab if you have them available?  I'm thinking about basing a cabinet on something similar.  I like the angle of the monitor and will be going with a 19" so should be fairly easy to adapt.   Thanks in advance for any information that can be provided... whether links or hard numbers, I'll take whatever I can get  ;)

Regards,

Dennis Wissman

I have one, but it's not in the house.  I will try to measure it out in the next few weeks.  But I'm super busy now and can't think of getting out there (let alone setting it up to play games)

Until you get some hard numbers from Lilwolf, if you search on ebay, you can probably find pictures of Gauntlet cabs that you can take some *relative* measurements of.

If you have photoshop or something, you can adjust the perspective of the photo to square it up before measuring. Somewhere on line, you can download a scan of the guantlet manual, which might have a drawing or two.

OR, this guy made a replica, maybe you could get plans from him:

This guy converted one, and has lots of pics:

Thanks for the help guys... I'll check out the sites in the interim and see what I can scrape up.  Thanks again.

Did you ever measure your gauntlet cab, if so could you post them?

Thanks
