Buying the book

One of the main areas I am a little unclear on is methods of printing and attaching artwork to the cp, does the book cover this in any detail and if so where is the best place for me to buy it (I'm in the UK) in other words I would rather get somewhere that Saint gets a bigger slice of the revenue.
